01Where can I discuss natural-looking hair extensions in Singapore?

3AM Hair Salon is at Far East Plaza, Orchard. Start with your current length, a reference and the fullness you want. Compare the actual hair samples and how the join with your own hair would be planned before choosing a range.

02What is the difference between the $399, $699 and $999 ranges?

All three ranges are 50cm. FeatherFill starts at S$399 for density; SilkBlend starts at S$699 and focuses on a softer curve; Kids Hair starts at S$999 and uses the salon’s Kids Hair range. Length alone does not explain the difference: compare samples and the proposed fullness.

03Are the extension packages the same as SilkBlend or Kids Hair?

No. The packages use specified human hair with standard fullness, not the SilkBlend or Kids Hair range. The listed colour-and-extension packages are 50cm S$588, 55cm S$888 and 60cm S$1,088. Compare the hair range and included colour service before comparing totals.

04How much are 55cm, 60cm or custom extensions?

Standalone extensions of 55cm and above are quoted in salon. Custom Extensions start at S$3,000, based on length, fullness and colour matching. These are separate from the specified colour-and-extension packages; there is no published flat length-upgrade add-on.

05Can short hair or a bob be extended without an obvious step?

The key consultation points are your shortest layers, the weight line at the ends and the length you want to reach. Send a back and side photo. A sample on someone with different hair is not a guarantee; ask how your own transition would be handled.

06Can I add volume without making my hair much longer?

Ask for a density-focused plan rather than a maximum-length transformation. FeatherFill is the menu’s density entry range, from S$399 at 50cm. Discuss the finished length and blending separately before proceeding; not every area is suitable for extra weight.

07How should I compare feather, tape, micro-bead and nano extensions?

These search terms may describe different attachment systems. Ask about the actual attachment, weight, visibility when tied up and removal process. 3AM’s price ranges are not a promise that every method is offered; confirm the method used for your plan.

08What does Kids Hair mean on the 3AM menu?

Kids Hair is the salon’s name for the S$999-and-up 50cm hair range. The name alone is not a certification of origin, unprocessed hair or never-coloured hair. Compare the actual samples and ask about any material claim important to you.

09How do I compare extension prices fairly?

Compare the same length, actual hair range, planned fullness and included services. Then ask about removal, maintenance and future adjustments. A low package total and a standalone hair-range price may cover different things; request a complete quote before deciding.

10Must I dye my hair before getting extensions?

Not automatically. Bring a photo of your hair in neutral light and compare the available hair samples. Discuss colour work only if the proposed match or your desired change calls for it. Colour work and changes of range must be confirmed in the quotation.

External references explain general concepts; they do not imply that 3AM uses every product from those brands or is endorsed by those organisations. Confirm the salon service, scope and total before proceeding.
