Which colour brands are on the menu?
The current menu lists Polan, Shiseido, L’Oréal and INOA. Each brand is grouped with its colour and care option. The stylist confirms the formula and target colour with you before service.
What does the S$128 Polan option include?
Polan colour is S$88; the S$128 care option adds colour-care essence. It does not list scalp protection or an extra treatment package.
How much new growth counts as a root touch-up?
The listed root touch-up prices apply to 2–3cm of new growth. Longer regrowth or visible colour banding needs a separate quotation before service. It is not full-head colour.
What does bleach root retouch cost?
Bleach Root Retouch is S$148–S$180 for the stated root area. Confirm whether toning or any additional colour service is needed and how it will be quoted before proceeding.
Are S$180 / S$280 / S$380 bleach prices length tiers?
No. These prices refer to three bleach options, not short, medium and long hair. The lightening plan is assessed against your starting colour and chemical history.
Does every reference shade work without bleach?
A reference image alone cannot confirm that. Tell the stylist about previous dark colour, bleach or other chemical work before confirming the colour plan.
What is included in Colour + Soft Cloud?
The menu lists Colour + Soft Cloud at S$688. Confirm the colour brand and scope of service before booking. The menu presents Soft Cloud as anti-frizz smoothing, not traditional rebonding.
