A clearer starting point.
What is different about the $399, $699 and $999 options?
All three extension-only ranges are based on 50cm. FeatherFill starts at $399 for a natural density option; SilkBlend starts at $699 with a softer curve; the $999 option uses the salon’s Kids Hair range. Compare the actual hair samples and confirm the amount before service.
Do colour-and-extension packages use the same hair?
No. Packages use specified human hair with standard fullness. They are not the SilkBlend or Kids Hair ranges. Compare hair range, fullness, length and included services rather than the total price alone.
How are lengths of 55cm and above quoted?
Extension-only lengths of 55cm and above are quoted in salon. Custom extensions start at S$3,000. The separately listed colour-and-extension packages keep their stated package lengths and prices.
Can short or fine hair be assessed for extensions?
Send a clear photo of your current hair and your reference. The stylist assesses the starting length, layers, density and desired result before recommending whether extensions are suitable.
What does the S$128 Polan option include?
Polan colour is S$88; the S$128 care option adds colour-care essence. It does not list scalp protection or an extra treatment package.
How much new growth counts as a root touch-up?
The listed root touch-up prices apply to 2–3cm of new growth. Longer regrowth or visible colour banding needs a separate quotation before service. It is not full-head colour.
Is a haircut included?
Haircuts are charged separately unless the selected service explicitly includes one. The final service scope and quotation are confirmed before work starts.
